Last night, Jear-Bear decided to try out his new recipe book that I gave him for Christmas. I suggested enchiladas, but he went straight for the filet mignon recipe I got from Aqcua al 2 in Florence. Nothing like cooking a blueberry filet at midnight. We used a bit too much cherry (the sauce was reaaaallly sweet), but other than that, it was REALLY good! Ours looked almost as good as the picture! not even kidding. today, we are trying sunday pot roast again. YUM! Acqua al 2 is also in San Diego, so if you're ever in the area....it's delicious. Try it out.
